Quality management

 

In order to monitor the quality of our products and services and to constantly improve the processes, we implemented a quality management system in accordance with EN ISO 9001 back in the mid 1990s. Our QM system is certified by an accredited body and is accordingly audited to ensure its functionality within the framework of annual surveillance audits and three-yearly recertification audits. The results of these audits are fed back into our quality management system by means of a loop-back process, in order that our activities are constantly based on an up-to-date management system.
