As operations manager at the copper cable factory in Kapfenberg, I am responsible for the operational control and smooth running of all production and manufacturing processes. As head of quality management and quality department copper cables, I am responsible for ensuring compliance with all quality standards and for continuously improving them across the organization. I develop processes, guidelines, and inspection concepts that guarantee the highest level of product and process quality. In this role, I coordinate internal audits, support certifications, and work closely with all departments. With a strong focus on detail and continuous improvement, I promote a sustainable quality culture throughout the company.
