In order to monitor the quality of our products and services and to continuously improve the processes, a quality management system in accordance with EN ISO 9001 was implemented in the mid-1990s, which is certified by an accredited body and accordingly in its annual surveillance audits or three-year repeat audits for their functionality is checked. The results of these audits flow back into our quality management system, so that our actions are always based on a current management system.
